The Christmas festivities

I want to speak about Christmas because it's one of my favorite periods of the year.
Indeed, it's a period during which we see our family, it's a way to meet all together at several meals the day of Christmas, the 31 th of December and the 1rst of January.

I think it's important to enjoy with family and friends and also their pleasure by offering gifts.
I love this time because everyone is happy , the children are amazed , cities are illuminated the night.
Everything changes in this period is what we wan call "the magic of Christmas".

For me Christmas is a symbol of sharing, friendliness and happiness.
Also the Christmas season is full of traditions and i think that we should not change them.
They are parts of Christmas , and change them is change the spirit of Christmas with all the associated values.

Importance of Networks

I learned the importance of networks today thanks to the intervention of Bruno Winck in english lesson.
Indeed at the professional level it's essental to build up a network to find a job, realize a project or create a company.

Nowadays, when we want to realize a project like a sport product manufacturing for example and we haven't a lot of money it's the professional network which will allow the achievemen of the project.

It's the contact with several people that will improve the project to meet the expectations of future customers.

Now , it's not enough to have a website to sell , it's necessary to be present as soon as possible on all social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus...).

There is a technique on Tweet to build its own network.
First of all we need to type a theme in relation with our project, then we shouldn't follow somebody too much known (beyond 4k followers) , and it's necessary to look latest tweets of this person.
If she answer to no one this means she will not interest in our project so we shouldn't follow her.

In the other hand , if she answer to people it's someone we need to follow and retweet.
Then we will awaken her curiosity and so we can ask her questions about our project.
We have a professional contact in few hours.

Specifics on my Micro-Project

I want to talk about my micro-project, i participate on the conception of pedestrian hikes by arousing the fiction.
I work on this project with three guys (Geoffrey, Yoan and Jose).

Our mission consists to develop the specifications of a mobile application which will lists hiking routs guiding the users of the meeting of the heritage, the cultural sites that the territory of the Combrailles has.

The hikes will be based on the fiction , the imagination dedicated to a specific target families and couples. To realize it we shall have to ask local people to know extraordinary stories, mythical stories in connection with the territory and the patrimony.

This project will also target french and foreigners tourists and the local population.
With this application we want to improve the image of the Combrailles, the economy of this territory and allow this territory to become singular and so attract more and more tourists.

Finally, we want to change the image of the hike throught this application.

My passion of Motorcycle

I'm fond of Motorcycle, this passion come from my father.
Indeed, since childhood i adore the motorcycle , my father took me on circuits when i was 4.
I had the opportunity to go to several races like the "Bol d'or" or the " 24 hours of Le mans " for example.
It was a way to get together with family and share the same passion.
My father is a motorcyclist he has a lot of motorcycles, my sister had her motorbike license and she pilot a suzuki 650 cm3. I intend to obtain my motorbike license next year.

Besides, i follow the actuality of motorcycle in particular the grand prix with differents categories moto3, moto2 and motogp. 
I support most of the french pilots like Johan zarco , Loriz baz and i'm a big fan of Valentino Rossi an italian pilot 9 times world champion. 
I like the way he pilots , he always respects his opponents and he interacts a lot with his fans.
He often uses decorations on his helmet to deliver a message.
For me he is the most creative pilot.
I went twice in the Grand prix of France and that was a real pleasure to see him piloting.
When i saw him i was crazy, every time he crossed the straight line i got up and i encouraged him it was a very good moment. 
At the end of each race i hadn't voice.

During the Grand prix of France i was surprised by the noise of motogp it's a very strong and agressive sound but that didn't hamper me. I really appreciate this sound and for me it's part of biker spirit. Without the sound of engines i wouldn't appreciate so much a motorcycle race.

Innovation in Decathlon

Decathlon is the most innovative sport company in france.
Indeed she bring to front the innovation and tries to find new sports products allowing to help practitioners in various sports and leisure activities.
She has a center of research and development to find , design and test innovative new products.
For example, the center designed the tent 2 seconds Quechua and the tennis net Artengo, these products have been very successfull.
The mission of Decathlon is innovate permanently on products to make their use easier but always to an attractive price for athletes of all levels, all around the word.
I chose to talk about this company because i share her values vitality, sincerity, responsibility and generosity. 
Moreover, I think for a sport company the key to success is innovation so Decathlon is a good example.
In the futur , it doesn't bother me to work in this company, because i'm fond of sport and i want to participate on the conception of sport product it could be a good experience.

The diversity of job opportunities in Staps

I learned in english lesson last Friday , there are many job opportunities in Staps.
It's not compulsory to work in a sport company.
Skills in managment are transferable in other sectors as i learnt with Alexi's video which is manager of Ikea.
When i watched this video i was surprised because i didn't think with management of sport degree we could work in Ikea or In Leclerc.
That opened my eyes on all is possible to make.
As far as i'm concerned i really want to work in a sport company at the moment , particularly on the conception of a sport product that what i'm really interested in.
However, this video was useful because it allowed me to ask myself the right questions: Why i continue my studies? What i really want ? 

Micro Project

We are in first year of sports management Master degree, and in this context, we have to create a micro-project. 
With three classmates (Geoffrey, Yoan and Jose), we will create an hybrid organization between association and company to help a territory like municipalities, association of municipalities or tourist offices. 
Our goal is to conceive pedestrian and mountain bike hikes, by arousing the fiction, the imagination with staged routes. 
The objective is to affect tourist and local families because they want to go hiking but they think it's boring (at least kids and teenagers).
 From a territory point of view, this project is an opportunity to improve their image and create an economic and sustainable development.
 In this context, our first "customer" or we might say partner is the Combrailles tourist office that contacted us to work on the requirements of a mobile app that will gather patrimony and hiking paths.
 Our aim will be to plot the itineraries linked with patrimony and cultural assets of the territory.

English experience

I began to learn english when i was 10 years old in primary school.

I started to learn colors in english for it the teacher asked us to make teams of colors and every team had a name which made a reference to a color. After, we went out in the court , at the announcement of the color , the concerned team had to run and touch a wall. It was a playful way to learn english, i enjoyed this activity because i had fun learning colors in english.

I remembered another activity in english lesson. To learn the body part in english, the teacher sang us a song in english which spoke about parts of the body. While the teacher sang he made a choreography showing the part of the body which he sang.

In Middle school, english lessons were not playful, we had to read texts in english and answer questions on these texts. We had to listen to audio recordings in english and say what we had understood. It was only the written and oral understanding. The teachers i had in middle school were rather boring and they didn’t speak english all the time. It’s in the middle school the basics of english are made and i hadn’t good teachers of english who tempt me to learn english so i had really difficulties to progress in english.

I went to Wales in the second year in middle school, it was my first travel abroad.

It was a good experience because i discovered another country but i didn’t speak english very much. My host family wasn’t kind and  wasn’t kind of me. For exemple i didn’t eat with the family but except for in another room. However, the organized visits in particular the visit of the Millennium Stadium pleased me a lot.

In high school, we concentrated more on the conjugation in english than on the dialogue in english during the english class. We also made oral and written understanding like in the middle school.

In the university, we did a lot of differents activities during the english class like make a tutorial video or make a presentation of yourself. The work is concentrated on the dialogue and the practice of english.  I prefer english lessons in the university because it’s more interesting and because activities are varied.

Johan Zarco world title

I learned the Johan Zarco’s coronation in moto 2 , Tito Rabat neglected for the rest of the season. I am satisfied to see a french rider world champion, that not arrived since Mike Di Meglio in 2008 on 125 cc. In four Grand Prix to the end of the championship johan is already titled it proves what extent he overflew the championship this season. He outstrips Tito Rabat and Alex rins in the ranking with 284 points.

During all the season Johan demonstrated all his talent and knew how to be regular.

He piloted with intelligence and scored points in every race. He deserved amply his title.

I had a lot of pleasure to see him piloting, we fell he crossed a stage in his career.

I hope it's the first title of a long series.

  

Kevin Systrom

I read an article about Instagram and especially about the co founder of this famous social network.

Kevin Systrom, co founder and CEO of Instagram is one of the hundred - millionaires, having sold his photo sharing service to Facebook for 1 billion dollars shortly before the social network went public. He was only 29 when he sold Instagram to Facebook. For me it’s an example of success. Instagram is one of the biggest recent successes, it’s one of the biggest service of all the time. It was very interesting to read this article, because i didn’t know the origins of Instagram.I was surprised by the route of Kevin Systrom.

Presentation of myself

My name is Sylvain Benbahouche , I am 21 years old , I was born in Clermont-Ferrand on (the) 23 (of) April 1994. I have a sister her name is Justine and she is 22. She is looking for a job of grafic designer. I’m living with my parents and my sister in Cournon d’Auvergne.

This year i practise no more sport with the university but i joined in a weight room in Cournon.

Also, i love going to the cinema, motorcycles races, having fun with my best friends  and spending time with my family. My parents are teachers but I don’t want to become a teacher because I think this job wouldn’t suit me.

I’m studying sport science at university of Clermont-ferrand because I’m fond of sport and i would like to become a marketing manager . I would like to participate in the conception of a sport product. I’m in postgraduate studies because i want to improve my skills in project management and in marketing.

During this year i want to improve my vocabulary because sometimes it’s difficult to find my words when i speak.  I need to improve my pronunciation to.
